SHIPPING POLICY
NOTICE: If your post office says there is postage due do not pay it. Call us 1-888-909-5473 first, there will be no postage due on any shipments. The post office makes an occasional mistake, but this can be fixed!!! Again, do not pay any postage due. Call us first 1-888-909-5473 Monday through Friday 8am - 3pm Mountain standard time.
Lost packages are not the responsibility of Weightvest.com, Inc. You must purchase insurance if you want guaranteed delivery!
Shipping prices are to domestic USPS addresses in USA, APO, FPO via USPS and/or UPS only! Foreign orders: Click Here for information on ordering.
All in-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday, if an item is out-of-stock we will make every effort to ship in a timely manner. Most orders arrive at US destinations in 3-4 days after shipping date - add additional days for weekends and holidays. Colors may take an additional day. Most orders are shipped USPS "priority mail". Vests weighing more than 50 lbs. are shipped in 2-3 packages, some sent USPS (3-4 days) and some sent UPS (up to 7 days) depending on the vest ordered.
APO & FPO orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, please allow 3-4 days to arrive at military post offices, from there allow up to 2 weeks more.
Canadian orders shipped via USPS, UPS or Access USA, Weightvest.com is not responsible for added tariffs, origination fees, or brokerage fees.
Color weight vests are custom made and require an additional 1-2 days for order processing before shipment. Please allow 4-6 days for delivery to all USA destinations not including weekends and holidays; excluding APO, FPO and US territories, which may take additional shipping time depending on the final country or territory.
Tracking numbers are only available with a valid email address at check out. USPS tracking information is restricted to notification of shipping and delivery. The exact location of packages in transit is beyond the scope of the USPS systems at the present time. UPS tracking numbers provide additional information.
Canadian Orders!! Be aware of import costs which may be added to your shipment by your government. We are a NAFTA approved company and we include a NAFTA declaration statement with the package, however, we do not guarantee your government will not charge additional duty or that there will not be brokerage fees added.

• Weight vests returned must be in NEW, Unused condition. We do not send returned weight vests as new.
• Postage must be prepaid
• Materials and workmanship carry a lifetime warranty based on normal use. Lack of reasonable care and proper storage, cleaning and use is not warrantied

• Warrantied products will be repaired or replaced
• Warrantied products must be sent without weights
• Spray paint weights if they become worn or chipped
Weights: Weights are made of cast iron or lead alloy. The bars are coated to protect them and the consumer. If they become chipped, or worn they can be re-coated with enamel spray paint.
